Q: How long has your company been manufacturing stainless steel pipes? Which markets do you primarily serve?
A: We specialize in stainless steel pipe production with 15 years of experience, exporting to regions like Europe/Middle East/Southeast Asia, serving industries including oil & gas, food processing, and building water systems.
Q: Does your factory hold industry-specific certifications?
A: We are certified to ISO 9001, PED (Pressure Equipment Directive), ASTM A312/A358 (stainless steel pipe standards), and comply with global quality and safety requirements.
Q: Can we conduct a factory audit or inspection?
A: Yes, we welcome client or third-party factory audits with advance scheduling. You may visit our production workshops, quality control labs, and raw material warehouses.
Product technology and specifications
Q: What stainless steel grades do you offer? How is corrosion resistance ensured?
A: We provide grades like 304, 316L, and duplex steel. Corrosion resistance is enhanced through solution treatment processes, and third-party material test reports are available upon request.
Q: What are the size ranges and production standards for your pipes?
A: Our pipes cover outer diameters of 6 mm – 711 mm and wall thicknesses of 0.6mm – 80mm, adhering to ASTM, ASME, DIN, and JIS standards. Custom sizes are also supported.
Q: Do you produce both seamless and welded pipes? What are the differences?
A: Yes. Seamless pipes use cold rolling/drawing for higher pressure resistance, while welded pipes employ TIG welding for cost-effective low-pressure applications.
Q: What surface treatments are available?
A: Options include polishing (mirror/satin finish), pickling, sandblasting, and EP anti-corrosion coatings to meet diverse environmental needs.
Production and delivery
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you accept small orders?
A: Standard MOQ is 1tons/500 meters]. Small trial orders can be negotiated, with flexible terms for long-term partners.
Q: How long is the production lead time? Can you expedite orders?
A: Standard delivery takes 30 days. Rush orders are subject to capacity availability and may incur additional charges.
Q: Do you provide samples? How are they priced?
A: Sample sections are available for 500$, refundable upon bulk order confirmation. Shipping costs are borne by the client.
Quality and testing
Q: How do you ensure dimensional accuracy and leak-proof performance?
A: We use laser gauges, hydrostatic testers, and eddy current flaw detection for full-process inspection, with test reports provided.
Q: Do you supply Material Test Certificates (MTC) and third-party inspection reports?
A: Yes. Each batch includes MTCs (chemical composition, mechanical properties), and we support SGS, BV, or other third-party inspections.
Logistics and after-sales
Q: What shipping methods do you offer? How do you prevent rust during sea freight?
A: We arrange sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or express shipping. Pipes are sealed at ends, coated with anti-rust oil, and packed in wooden crates for moisture and impact protection.
