A: Yes, we welcome client or third-party factory audits with advance scheduling. You may visit our production workshops, quality control labs, and raw material warehouses.

Product technology and specifications

A: We provide grades like 304, 316L, and duplex steel. Corrosion resistance is enhanced through solution treatment processes, and third-party material test reports are available upon request.

A: Our pipes cover outer diameters of 6 mm – 711 mm and wall thicknesses of 0.6mm – 80mm, adhering to ASTM, ASME, DIN, and JIS standards. Custom sizes are also supported.

A: Yes. Seamless pipes use cold rolling/drawing for higher pressure resistance, while welded pipes employ TIG welding for cost-effective low-pressure applications.

Production and delivery

Quality and testing

A: We use laser gauges, hydrostatic testers, and eddy current flaw detection for full-process inspection, with test reports provided.

A: Yes. Each batch includes MTCs (chemical composition, mechanical properties), and we support SGS, BV, or other third-party inspections.

Logistics and after-sales

A: We arrange sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or express shipping. Pipes are sealed at ends, coated with anti-rust oil, and packed in wooden crates for moisture and impact protection.
